Strength, print, texture, and carry conditions guide the stock

Paper grade, basis weight, recycled content, handle reinforcement, print route, and packed load are confirmed together.

Brown kraft paper

Natural appearance with practical strength for retail, grocery, and takeaway bags.

Shade, fiber character, wet strength, and print contrast vary by grade.

White kraft paper

A brighter kraft surface for cleaner color, understated graphics, and durable carry bags.

Select weight and reinforcement around bag size and packed load.

Coated paper

Smooth printable face for premium retail graphics, photography, and surface finishing.

Lamination, fold cracking, rub resistance, and handle fixing should be sampled.

Recycled paper

Recycled-content grades selected around strength, appearance, printing, and sourcing needs.

Availability, shade variation, recycled content, and documentation are confirmed per order.

3. Choose the print process

Flexographic print

Efficient for kraft bags, simpler graphics, spot colors, and repeat service programs.

Offset print

Selected for coated sheets, detailed artwork, photography, and premium converted bags.

Screen or specialty route

Useful for heavy ink coverage, specialty papers, metallic effects, and selected shorter programs.

4. Choose the surface treatment

Balance protection, appearance, folding, and carry performance

Not every film or coating suits every paper, fold, glue, or recycling target. Final performance is approved on the selected bag construction.
