Website content is general capability information. Product availability, specifications, MOQ, price, sample fee, lead time, compliance documents, and shipping terms are not binding until confirmed in a written quotation or contract.
A quotation should identify scope, quantity, unit, currency, validity, tooling, samples, artwork, production timing, Incoterms, payment, and acceptance criteria. An order is accepted only through the agreed commercial process.
Customers must have the right to use artwork, marks, text, and other files they provide. Production files may be reviewed for printability, but the customer approves final content, spelling, codes, legal marks, and brand usage.
Custom manufacturing involves agreed production tolerances for dimensions, color, material, finishing, and quantity. The signed specification, approved sample, and written acceptance criteria control over website examples.
