Existing stock samples may be supplied without a sample charge for material and construction review. Courier or freight charges are normally paid by the customer. Availability is confirmed when requested.

These ranges are planning guidance, not a binding offer. Your written quotation confirms the requirements, price, sample route, production window, shipping method, and commercial terms for the project.
Custom prototypes
Custom samples with your dimensions, artwork, material, or finishing are chargeable. The quotation states the sample fee, revision scope, production method, and whether any amount can be credited to a later bulk order.
MOQ
MOQ varies by construction, material, printing process, and finishing. Typical starting points are around 1,000 pieces for boxes and 5,000 pieces for many printed bags or cups, but the quotation is the controlling confirmation.
Lead time
A typical production window is 15–25 days after artwork and sample approval. Complex finishing, material sourcing, peak load, or large quantities may require longer. Sampling and transit are quoted separately.
Shipping and Incoterms
- Provide destination city, postal code, and country
- State whether you need courier, air, sea, or an open recommendation
- Incoterms and included charges are written into the quotation
- Import duties, taxes, and destination fees are identified where responsibility can vary
