2. Choose the face stock and adhesive

Surface, environment, and removal needs guide the material system

Face stock, adhesive, liner, print route, and application conditions are confirmed together. Final suitability is tested on the actual pack.

Coated paper

Smooth printable paper for retail graphics, product information, and general indoor applications.

Select adhesive and varnish around surface energy, moisture, and handling.

Kraft paper

Natural fiber appearance for understated, craft, food, and lifestyle presentation.

Color matching and fine detail should be sampled on the selected brown or white kraft stock.

BOPP film

Clear, white, or metallized film for moisture resistance and clean container graphics.

Film, adhesive, container shape, and dispensing route are tested as one system.

Durable PET and vinyl label rolls and die-cut samples

The face stock, ink, coating, laminate, dispensing method, and end-use environment must remain compatible.

Before production
